If you have specific requests, please email us or call and we will be happy to work with you. There may be a small upcharge for custom requests.

We would love to work with you on gifts to make your next special event even more memorable. Responsible for wedding party gifts? The Senior class? Family Reunions? Sports teams? We have done them all and can suggest unique and wonderful gift ideas, some of which you may not see on our website due to availability. Please contact us so we can give your event special attention.

Method of Payment
Monograms, Ltd. accepts check or money orders, but no COD. We do not accept VISA/Mastercard at this time. Upon receipt of your order, we will confirm the order received and the total dollar amount required prior to the order being shipped.

Shipping & Order Confirmation
Most items ordered are shipped within 3-6 days of receipt of payment. All orders are confirmed via email with an expected ship date. In the event your items are unavailable, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternatives. Any shipping concerns regarding an online order may be communicated via email or by phone.

Monograms, Ltd. ships all gifts USPS priority mail. For overnight delivery, please contact us for service rates. All gifts are wrapped with a personal touch and include an enclosure card completed per your instructions. Shipping rates, based on the total dollar amount of the order, are as follows:
